Hi I'm Dr. Ryan Friend!
Let’s get straight to the point on this section…
You’re probably wondering,
Is This Guy Worth My Time And Attention?
For many readers, my answer is NO.
1. I Can Not Get You Out Of Pain In One Session...Or Even Five Sessions (although I would like to).
For some reason, people equate coming in for treatment with becoming pain-free in one visit.
Believe me, I get it, pain is frustrating and really gets in the way of enjoying life.
Pain can make you feel ''old' at times.
However, the reality is that a full plan of care (what you need) is between 8-15 visits (more on that later).
So if you're not willing to commit to 8 -15 visits, I'm not your guy.
If You Don’t Want To Dedicate 20-30 Minutes A Day To Do What I Give You, Then You’re Wasting Your Money.
You can start going down the “how to get rid of X pain” on the internet and you’ll get all sorts of recommendations.
Does some of it work?
Probably. In the short term. But if you rely on that you’ll be right back searching for a solution again…soon.
Pain relief is different than a pain solution.
If you want pain relief you should spend your money on something other than working with me (it will be cheaper and less work).
Which leads me in to…
3. The Area That’s In Pain Is Almost Never The Area That Needs To Be Fixed.
This is because of one word, compensation.
Our bodies are great at it…until they’re not!
It’s the area which works the hardest that starts to be in pain.
For example, many times people who suffer from lower back pain don’t have a lower back problem
They actually have a hip problem which is responsible for the lower back pain.
If a hip, or hips aren’t moving well then the lower back has to do more work to compensate for them.
This leads to an overworked lower back and then you have pain.
This scenario happens all over the body.
This is why I never just treat pain.
I fix (by telling you what to do) what isn’t working and pain fixes itself.
Looking at the entire body is the only option when it comes to fixing pain for good.
And that is why you’ll be coming to the clinic for 10-15 sessions.
You’re still here? Good.
Here’s What You Can Expect From Me.
I mean c’mon – I’m a physical therapist. I make my money through looking at movement.
Although I do use my hands a lot when you’re in the clinic (but that’s typically for only 45-minutes a week).
But you still might be wondering…
How Do I Know If Your Stuff Is Any Good?
Well, the smartest thing to do is to just get some of my free materials.
If you like it, you’ll probably like working with me.
If you don’t like it, you won’t.
You should also read some of the reviews others have written about their experience with me.
Then watch the videos on the website of those who have worked with me.
Finally, download my book and read it -> Get it for free below.
